Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

The app is from middle-age of the internet. If you try to edit your card details, you cant. After getting repeatedly "something went wrong" message, you go reddit and read that you have to create a new account (why?!?! and why on reddit?!?). So you do so. But it takes forever. The app is not responding for some mandatory items (like title), human verification takes forever (I clicked like 50 times on some stupis motorcycles and crosswalks). But finally,you got there!! So 2 stars.
