I was using this app last year, and I was working just fine. After they killed NeoBt, I was forced to try this app. Horrible, it would not register my number. I would receive the sms, but it would not autofill in the app. I spoke with a few representatives from BT, the same answer, the phone is the problem. I switched the phone, but still no success. The application is horrible, is not working, and nobody can give a response or help me with my problem.

Moving to a new phone it's s nightmare with BTPay. Even if they claim they have modern options with facial recognition, scan the document for validations, these are just fake. At the end they will tell you to go in person to a BT office, because the validation did not succeded. This is not first time...last time when I was forced to upgrade the app to a major version, I've gone through a similar experience.

Amazing! The app works flawlessly up to the point where I have to enter my phone number (which is practically the first step after agreeing to the terms). Then, as soon as I press inside the "phone number" field, the keyboard shows up, the buttons seem to respond to the presses but no number shows up inside the aforementioned field. Then, after a while, the famous "The app is not responding!....Wait....Close app" pops up. Great way to complicate people's lives. Keep up the bad work!
