Google Earth

I installed the latest version of Google Earth from the Play Store, but every time I try to open it, I get the error message: "Fetching startup values failed." I have already tried the following: - Cleared cache and data - Reinstalled the app multiple times - Checked all app permissions - Disabled VPN - Verified date and time settings - Restarted the phone in Safe Mode - Updated Google Play Services Despite all this, the issue persists.
