New app requires you to enter a credit card to keep rewards, or you have to enter every receipt manually and wait however long to get your points. I sometimes pick up food for a group and use different cards, and now I'm forced to get a paper receipt (waste!) and take a picture of it or key in a bunch of data in hopes that I might get the points. Backward and stupid. Chipotle can handle it. Freebirds used to, but they wanted to make it harder to do business with them, they lost a customer today.

This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used. Constantly freezes up, reloads, and loses all progress and on top of that will just send you to the website half of the time. Doesn't let you cancel an order anywhere clearly after you have put one in, and will automatically add the highest amount of tip that it can (25%) without telling you. You have to look at the receipt and manually put in the "custom amount" if you do not want to tip. Also is not faster than just getting in line yourself.

Freebirds burritos are the best! The app isn't great. The UI in the new version (46.0.19) is a little unintuitive. For example, if you select Burrito under the Order section, there is one radio button, already selected, that you have to click in order to select your ingredients. To Freebirds, you might want to test out your app a little a clean it up
