I switched from Wemo plugs to Kasa a few years ago and the performance has been rock solid. The app could use some polish but once you figure out how the scheduling works it's super easy to create schedules and timers. Hopefully they'll have an entire line of lights to complement their other products. The plugs are wonderful.

lights stopped working a few months after getting them. I did factory restart and followed all the guidelines they told me. No matter what I do, the lights won't connect to the app or my wifi. I even called my internet provider to reset the router, and they still won't work. biggest waste of money, and the app isn't even that great. I found it difficult to group the lights to work correctly with Alexa, and the color scheme isn't the best. Overall, very displeased with this product.

The app is good except for the subscription functions. The subscription itself is not even bad, I think it's fairly priced, I just literally cannot sign up for it. It glitches whenever I go to input my card information and will not accept any kind of input in some fields so I'm not able to save any payment information. With this most recent update I can no longer even navigate to the Kasa care page, I just get a blank screen.
